Dansi makes its shipments with Nacex.

From the moment you place your order we will keep you informed of the status of the order. You will receive a purchase confirmation email, a tracking email when we have prepared your order and one from the agency when the order has been delivered.

Making an exchange is totally free. You have 15 calendar days from when you received your order. In order to make an exchange, you have to make a return and a new order. We will send you the package the moment we pick up the old one.

No problem! The return is completely free. If you are not satisfied and want a refund for your purchase, don't worry. You have 15 calendar days from when you made your purchase to return the products.
Write an email to hello@dansi.es indicating your order number and the reason why you wish to return and we will contact you.

All products you return must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

Dansi manufactures special sizes 32-39 and 41-45. At the moment we do not have availability in the online store but you can find it at different points of sale. Check the points of sale with special sizes.
