You have 15 days to make your return request. To make a size change, contact the address indicated above. Transportation costs will be borne by us. To make a product exchange you must first make a return and then make a purchase of the product you want.

IMPORTANT : After purchasing 3 pairs of products, return costs will be borne by the customer. For purchases less than this amount, return shipping remains FREE. If you have any questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact us. Once we have received the package in our warehouses, we will proceed to review it. If everything is correct, you will receive the refund amount through the payment method used in the purchase.
